How do I choose the right brow shade?
As a rule, go one shade lighter than your hair for a soft, natural finish — most people land in Taupe, Brunette, or Auburn. If you're between two, pick the cooler, ashier one; it reads more natural. Still unsure? Try the shade finder on our homepage, or message us a photo and we'll match you.
How do I pick a lip liner shade?
For an everyday "your-lips-but-better" look, match the liner to your natural lip tone — Classic Nude and Iconic Nude suit most people. Want more warmth or drama? Just Honey and Damn Hot are favorites. They're all buildable, so layer for more intensity.
What's the difference between the brow tools?
The Ultra Slim Brow Pencil is the everyday all-rounder for natural, hair-like strokes. The 4-Prong Microblading Pen creates ultra-realistic multi-hair strokes for sparse areas. The Micro Precision Liquid Pen gives the finest, longest-wearing lines. Choose by how much definition you want.
USING YOUR TOOLS
How long does it last?
Our brow and lip formulas are made for all-day wear — typically 8–12 hours. For the longest hold, apply to clean, oil-free skin and let each layer set for a few seconds.
Are the pencils waterproof and smudge-proof?
They're water- and transfer-resistant once set. For very humid days or workouts, the Micro Precision Liquid Pen has the most sweat-proof finish.
Any tips for beginners?
Less is more — use light, short strokes in the direction your hair grows, then blend with the built-in spoolie. You can always add; it's harder to take away.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes — every product is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals and use no animal-derived ingredients.
Are they safe for sensitive skin and eyes?
All formulas are dermatologist tested and free from parabens and sulfates, and they're suitable for sensitive eyes and contact-lens wearers. As with any cosmetic, stop use if irritation occurs.
Where are your products made?
Our tools are formulated to editorial standards and produced with vetted partners under strict quality and safety testing.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
U.S. shipping is free on orders over $35. Orders ship within 2–3 business days and usually arrive in [10-15] business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S., with more regions coming soon.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
We want you to love it. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
My shade isn't right — can I exchange it?
Reach out within 30 days and we'll help you find a better match and arrange an exchange where possible.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We pack quickly, so contact us as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
