Refund policy

We want you to love your YES.EYE DO products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We also cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

We do not charge restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@yeseyedo.cn.

Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

Once the claim is approved, we’ll resolve it with a free replacement or a full refund. You will not be required to send the damaged, defective, or incorrect item back.

How to start a return

Before sending anything back, email us at contact@yeseyedo.cn with your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll review your request and, if the return is eligible, send you the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Items returned without prior instructions may not be processed correctly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or once an eligible damaged, defective, or wrong-item claim is approved, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the funds to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@yeseyedo.cn.
