Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with YESEYEDO. Here's everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. During periods of high demand, a small number of orders may take up to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate, shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Duties & taxes

The price you see at checkout is the final price. We take care of any applicable import duties and taxes, so you'll never face surprise charges when your order is delivered.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us at contact@yeseyedo.cn as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package appears lost, please contact us at support@yeseyedobeauty.com and we'll help make it right.
